Dr. Pearlman is the Director of Pearlman Aesthetic Surgery, a Clinical Professor at Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons, and an Attending Surgeon at Lenox Hill Hospital/The Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital. He is a past President of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Founding President of the New York Facial Plastic Surgery Society. He has over 30 publications and lectures around the world on rhinoplasty, revision rhinoplasty, facelift surgery, and facial rejuvenation.
